How is billing handled?
We would like to arrange billing base on what is easiest for your company. We are extremely flexible!
Can employees request discreetly packaged kits?
Absolutely! At checkout, there is an option to request kits be shipped discreetly.
Does their milk need to be frozen to use these kits?
No, milk does not need to be frozen. They can use our kits to ship fresh milk. We can customise the kits if they don’t have access to a freezer too.
Do they have to ship breast milk overnight?
Shipments averaging 300oz or less should be shipped overnight to prevent the risk of thawing during shipment.
Can they ship milk on a Friday?
You can ship on a Friday but we advise against it due to possible shipping delays.
How do they pack breast milk into the cooler for shipment?
Easy to understand instructions will come with the STM Cooler Kits for preparing and packaging the breast milk for shipment. Click below to preview.
What is the shipping timeframe for the STM cooler kits to be delivered?
We do our best to ship the kits within a 24hour period. Based on your location your kit may take 1 –4 days to arrive and may be longer if you order on a weekend. We have fulfilment centers in Oregon, Minnesota and Virginia. If you need the kit ASAP, please let us know and we can give you delivery options.
What is your return and refund policy on the STM cooler kits?
STM Cooler kits are non-returnable and non-refundable.
