- They add 5-7mm in length to accommodate Elastic Nipples
- The 13mm to 19mm inserts were designed to fit in 24mm flanges. May be used in 25mm upto 30mm flanges

what size should I Order?
Choose the Pumping Pretty Inserts that matches the flange size you currently use with your wall pump, not your exact nipple measurement.
Your nipple should have 1-milimeter diameter between the insert, all the way around without swelling and pinching or pulling in too much areola.

Pumping Pretty Inserts are designed for breast pump flanges with a long enough tunnel length to support the insert. This is especially beneficial for moms with elastic nipples.
Why tunnel length matters
These pumps use flanges with a tunnel that is long enough to fully support the insert. If you have elastic nipples, combining a long flange tunnel with Pumping Pretty Inserts helps prevent your nipples from touching the ends of the flanges.
Why they don’t work
These pumps have built-in flanges or a flange tunnel that is too short for the insert to secure properly. The insert will extend beyond the flange.
These pumps will also be less suitable for moms with elastic nipples, as the shorter tunnel won’t allow the nipple to stretch far enough to eject milk and complete the prolactin and oxytocin cycle.
