These simple steps will allow you to plan for your work trip.
You can decide it you would like to ship your milk home, take it with you as a carry-on, or as checked baggage.
STEP ONE
We would like to know your travel plans in advance.
Please fill out the form so we may begin the process of assuring your hotel stay will accommodate your needs.
STEP TWO
After we have responded to you with confirmation of your hotel accommodations,
you can purchase the kits below.
You have the ability to purchase multiple kits based on your needs discussed in the Travel Plan Form.
Standard Kit
Description
With our Standard Shipping kit, you can ship between 280-400 oz. of breastmilk weighing up to 30lbs
Have the kit shipped to your hotel, Air B&B, or home. (excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii)
Milk will stay frozen, or slushy, up to 48 hours. In the hot summer months, it’s recommended to ship overnight.
These are Re-Usable kits. Don’t throw them away, reuse them for your next work trip. We can even send you a label to ship the empty kit to a new location.

Description
With our Medium Shipping kit, you can ship between 150-275 oz. of breastmilk weighing up to 27lbs
Have the kit shipped to your hotel, Air B&B, or home. (excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico & Hawaii)

Description
Milk will stay cold and safe for 24 hours.
With our Tiny Tote Kit, you can travel with 50 oz. of breastmilk.

You can pay for UPS or FedEx pick-up at checkout.
FAQ’s
Can I ship my milk discretely in an unmarked box so that no one will know it's breastmilk inside?
Yes! We are happy to mail you a blank shipping kit without our branding on the box so you can ship your milk discretely. Please be sure to leave a note at checkout that you would like a discrete kit sent to you.
Does my milk need to be frozen to use these kits?
No, your milk does not need to be frozen. You can use our kits to ship fresh milk. Please be sure to use our ice sheets and ship overnight to ensure the milk will stay at an appropriate temperature upon arrival to its destination.
Do I have to ship breast milk overnight?
Shipments averaging 300oz or less should be shipped overnight to prevent the risk of thawing during shipment.
Can I ship milk on a Friday?
You can ship on a Friday but we advise against it. Should you still need to, please email Crystal@SaveTheMilk.com to create a Saturday delivery label for you.
How do I pack breast milk into the cooler for shipment?

What is the shipping timeframe for the STM cooler kits to be delivered?
We do our best to ship the kits within a 24hour period. Based on your location your kit may take 1 –4 days to arrive and may be longer if you order on a weekend. We have fulfilment centers in Oregon, Minnesota and Virginia.
What is your return and refund policy on the STM cooler kits?
STM Cooler kits are non-returnable and non-refundable.
