  • Incorrect addresses may result in delivery delays and additional fees for rerouting.
  • If a package is undeliverable, it will ship back to the original sender. Additional fees will apply.
  • UPS Ground and 2nd Day Air. Carriers do not guarantee delivery times. If a delay is long enough to spoil the shipment, we file with the carrier first and with our independent perishable insurance if the carrier denies it.
  • Overnight Services. Carriers guarantee delivery times. Same claim process if a delay spoils the shipment.
  • Weather Delays. Carriers do not refund these, but our independent perishable insurance covers spoilage they cause.
  • Dry Ice. Kits ship with ice sheets. Using dry ice instead voids STM's perishable insurance.
  • Saturday Delivery. Requires a Saturday label, or the package will not move again until Monday.
  • Claims are limited to your kit's insured coverage amount, and a $30 processing fee is deducted from approved claims.
Only one (1) label can be purchased at a time.
