The Mini Kit (80–150 oz) is the right starting point for most surrogates. When supply increases over time, move up to the Standard Kit
(300 – 400 oz)

We ship kits to hotels and homes when you need it. You can add a shipping label or travel home with our kits. Labels are available for instant download after checkout.
Take it or Schedule
You have more control when you take the kit to the carrier
It keeps the milk frozen longer. Look up the nearest location and check the last drop-off time. If dropping off isn’t possible, you can schedule a pickup at checkout.
Reuse & Ship Again
Just order new labels each time
Once the empty kit is returned, the process starts again. Visit us again to order new lables and they will be download in your Account.
Common Scenarios
Free Hotel Concierge Assistance
Not sure how to coordinate shipping from your hotel? We handle it for you. We personally contact your hotel before your arrival to arrange freezer access for your milk and ice sheets, and coordinates pickup or drop-off logistics so you don’t have to figure it out alone. Just fill out the request form before your trip.
Traveling for Work or Military
Order your kit 5 days before your trip and include your hotel check-in date in the checkout notes so it arrives on time. Once you’ve pumped, you can ship the kit home using a prepaid label — or skip shipping entirely and fly the packed kit home as checked baggage. No label needed if you’re flying it back yourself.
Surrogate & Intended Parents
Start with the Mini Kit during the early weeks, then move up to the Standard Kit as supply grows. Labels are provided via email. We ship the kit to the surrogate — she packs and ships the milk to IPs. The IPs ship the kit back to Surro with the return label and the process starts over.

This Big Box is purchased on Amazon. It’s been tested to fit up to 740 oz. of breastmilk weighing up to 60lbs
Milk will stay frozen, or slushy, up to 48 hours.
While these are reusable, their size may increase the cost to return it to the sender. You can compare the return label price to the cost to order a new box.

This kit does not include any ice sheets, perishable stickers, tape as our other kits do.
If you plan to pack the kit entirely of frozen breastmilk, no ice sheets are needed.
You can take a thick marker and write “Perishable” ” Breastmilk” on the outside when shipping.
